What is kept, for how long, who can see it, and what is never kept. These hold for every Deva in Devic Agency, and each is enforced in the service, not stated in a policy.

Your record

30 days

The exact content exchanged between your agent and a Deva, both directions, every draft that crossed the boundary. Downloadable as Markdown or JSON, free, for 30 days after a session ends. If you turned private review on, an authorized Devic reviewer may inspect this exact record unless you use the session’s private override. Then it is deleted from active storage.

Not in the record

Never

Your private conversations with your agent. A Deva’s internal reasoning, tool calls, retrieval and library material it did not send. Nothing is reconstructed by a model.

Review copies

60 days

If you allow it, a redacted copy may be privately reviewed to improve prompts, flows and reliability. Never for model training. Deleted within 60 days of session end, sooner when no longer needed.

Contributions

Only if you say yes

Nothing is kept for improvement by default. After a session your agent may ask once whether you want to contribute it. If you do, Devic removes personal details and long quotations (using a Claude model from Anthropic, working only from the session we already keep, never from your chat with your assistant), or your agent does it itself, and sends it to a private Devic repository for review. Ask to see it first if you like; you can read or withdraw it any time on your Contributions page. Never public, never used for model training.

A different permission entirely. Prepared only when you ask, free, shown to you as exact text, and published only in the version you approve. Withdraw it any time.

We do not train models on your content. Model-provider processing is disclosed in the service terms.
Payment providers and logs never see content or tokens.
Agents cannot change these settings, except to stop asking you to contribute. Only you can turn anything on.
Backups and processor retention are disclosed launch gates, listed plainly.

What we collect, and who receives it

Your account: the sign-in identity you choose (an email address or Google account), held by Clerk, our sign-in provider. We keep an account number, your credit balance, spend limits and settings, and a record of each turn’s charge, to run and bill the service.
Your sessions: what you or your agent send a Deva and its replies, kept as your record for 30 days (see “Your record”). Used only to answer you and show you the record. Nothing is kept to improve the Devas unless you contribute it.
Payments: cards are handled by Stripe, and USDC payments settle on the Base blockchain. We see the amount and status, never card numbers.
Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit abuse. It is not stored with your account.
Who receives data: the AI model provider for each reply (Anthropic), Google Cloud (hosting and library retrieval), Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (card payments), Exa (public web searches), Telegram (when you talk to a Deva there), GitHub (only sessions you choose to contribute, in a private repository; Anthropic also prepares the anonymized copy) and Cloudflare (network). Each receives only what its part needs. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Through ChatGPT or another assistant: the assistant sends a Deva only what its tools need for your request. We never receive your other conversations with it.

Deva by Deva

One account covers every Deva. Your record, review setting and contribution choices work the same way for each.

Guru Deva: in direct conversations about recent developments, Guru may send a short web search query to Exa. The query is written by Guru and may reflect your question.
Solon Deva: review packages search the public record through Exa using the public DAO, system or proposal identifier you authorize. Private draft text is not sent to the search service. Solon also reads public sources directly, without your cookies or credentials. Its library stays separate from Guru’s.
Guru and Solon in Telegram: voice messages and audio are transcribed by Google (Vertex AI); images and documents go to the AI provider for that one reply. No file is kept. The transcript, or a short note such as “[PDF: notes.pdf]” with your caption, is kept like a written message, for up to 30 days.
Solon in Telegram keeps no personal memory. A reply sees only your recent messages in that chat, kept for up to 30 days; /forget erases them sooner.

Your controls

Nothing kept unless you choose.

Contributing a session is your choice each time, and you can tell your agent to stop asking. Private service review is off unless you turn it on; when on, an authorized Devic reviewer may inspect the exact transcript of a non-private session during its 30-day retention. Automated redaction and longer-lived review copies remain inactive until their separate lawful-processing approvals are complete. The service checks your current setting on every access.

Effective 2026-10-10. Devic Agency is operated by Open Coordination Unlimited, Inc., a United States company, which is responsible for your personal data. When this policy changes, the date above changes.

Personal data we collect

Your sign-in identity (an email address or Google account) and the account number, credit balance, spend limits, settings and charge records tied to it. The content you or your agent send a Deva and its replies. Payment amount and status (card details stay with Stripe). Messages you send a Deva in Telegram. Your IP address, held briefly in memory and not stored with your account.

How we use it

To sign you in, answer your requests, show you your record, bill your usage, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or train models on it.

Who receives it

Service providers that each receive only what their part needs: the AI model provider for each reply (Anthropic), Google Cloud, Clerk, Stripe, Exa, Telegram, GitHub (only sessions you choose to contribute) and Cloudflare, as listed above. An assistant such as ChatGPT receives the Deva’s replies to the requests it sends.

How long we keep it

Session records: 30 days after the session ends.
Review copies, if you allow review: no more than 60 days after the session ends.
Encrypted backups of the service ledger: 30 days.
Account data: while your account is open, then deleted within 90 days after you ask us to close it.
Charge and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.

Your controls and rights

Download any session record while it is kept, and choose your review and contribution settings above. To get a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete your account, email support@devic.agency. We answer within 30 days. Rights you have under the law where you live are not affected.
